New sea resort is planned to create in Gagra for 2015.
As Gleb Pletniov, General Director of the "Apsnipress" Company "Gagra Marina Park," said the resort including hotels, Aqua Park, health center and other facilities necessary for the training of professional sportsmen, will be constructed on 100 thousand square meters.
He added that construction of the "Gagra Marina Park” will be implemented on 40 ha of land having in 25-year of lease.
The investment amounts to 7-10 billion Russian rubles.
As Pletniov notes, some private Russian investors are ready to invest 20 percent of the total and one of the investors is he as well.
It should be noted that over 50% of "Gagra Marina Park" belongs to Pletniov.
"Vneshekonom Bank" already approved the concept of the project. Construction will be completed in fourth quarter of 2012.
