Special Forces startled Taligon population of Gali district. As “Iveroni” was informed from Gali district, 50 cars showed up to arrest two persons – Otar Jgarkava and Jemal Okujava. “Neighbors gathered on the noise. Riot police has beaten everyone regardless of age. They took Jgarkava and Okuchava in almost unconscious condition. The reason of their arrest and place is yet unknown”, - witnesses said.

They are not able to specify whether Special Forces were Russian or Abkhaz.
