NGO sector continues to work on election code mistakes. NGOs participating in the campaign “This is about you” will meet Pavle Kublashvili, Head of Legal Issues Committee at the parliament of Georgia.

 

 

On the meeting, recent changes in the “Law of Citizens Political Union” and civil sector proposals will be discussed.

 

Meeting scheduled in legislative body will be attended by “For Freedom of Choice”, “Transparency International, Georgia”, “Fair Elections and Democracy Fund”, and representatives  of “Georgian Young Lawyer’s Association”.

 

We remind you that, these four organizations presented proposal to legislative body on February 17.

 

Campaign “This is about you” civil sector and media representatives launched on February 13. Its goal is to improve election code and pre-election environment.
