United States Department of State does not recognize Abkhazian Parliamentary Elections as legitimate.

"We call on Russia to comply its obligation of cease-fire agreement of 2008, to return all the troops to previous positions and territories and ensure free implementation of humanitarian assistance on Abkhazian and South Ossetia territories", - said Mark Toner.
