Today Georgian and Russian rugby’s will fight against each other at Mikheil Meskhi Stadium. Georgian National Rugby will hold one of the important matches today at 15:00.
As the Rugby Union President, Gia Nizharadze stated on the press conference before the match, “the team has loss. George Shkinin has trauma, Vito Kolelishvili can not participate due to the red card. Mamuka Gorgodze and Shalva Sutiashvili have traumas as well, but they will play and I want to thank them for this sacrifice. Others are getting ready. They took very good exercises. I believe it will be a good match to see and quite intensive one as well”.
In addition, Nizharadze asked funs to be correct and not to abuse the other side. “I want to address all funs to use their energy for Georgian team. Russian rugby’s are Georgians friends. Do not disrupt Rugby tradition, do not abuse others”, added the Rugby Union President, Gia Nizharadze.
