According to him he is ready to allot the observer mandates to the party “Yabloko” during the elections process.

“Without winning belief I would not have nominate myself for the elections, I understand and I believe you also understand the second round means continueing the fight and, correspondingly, political destabilization will take place, although here I have nothing to fear, if it is necessary, I will work in the second round too”-, declared the Prime.
